Wherever you find yourself at this moment, there is possibility. Whether you’re wading through hard times, on the brink of change, or seeking personal growth, therapy can provide an opportunity to encounter yourself in a new way.
I approach therapy from an attachment-based, trauma-informed, somatically-oriented perspective. This means that I attend to my clients’ emotions, experiences, and bodily felt sense as they emerge in our work together. An avid learner, I am pursuing ongoing training in AEDP, a modality that blends all these aspects within the container of a deeply relational therapeutic process.
I have accompanied clients through a range of experiences, including trauma, grief, life transitions, perinatal, and parenting. In addition to specialized education and training, my lived experience in these areas significantly informs my capacity to hold space for others. I take a non-pathologizing approach to mental health and well-being, prioritizing meaning-making, resilience, and self-compassion.
I value kindness and curiosity and I strongly believe in each person’s innate capacity for growth. I would be honoured to accompany you on your journey of self-discovery.
